Jeremy Zaborowski

Jeremy Zaborowski

Executive Director

Jeremy joined BerksIDA in 2019 as Deputy Director, becoming Executive Director in 2021. In his role at BerksIDA, Jeremy is responsible for managing all aspects of the IDA’s activities in Berks County, including land development, financing, and grant administration. Major recent projects include the development of Berks Park 183, a 50-acre industrial park, financing of numerous redevelopment projects including the $6M AW Golden revitalization and the $20M remodeling of St. Joe’s Community General, and grant management of projects representing over $30M in CAPEX for Berks County. Prior to moving to Berks County, Jeremy spent over a decade living in Austin, TX, working in economic development, site selection and energy markets throughout the country. An Erie native, Jeremy is excited to be back in Pennsylvania to expand economic opportunities in Berks County and the Commonwealth. Jeremy holds degrees from Houghton University, Cornell University, and University of Texas Austin. Jeremy serves as a Spring Township Planning Commissioner and on the board of the Telluride Association.

Financial Coordinator

Diane joined BerksIDA in 2023 to manage its $30M+ loan and grants portfolio as well as back-office operations. In her role, Diane works with banks, municipalities and State and Federal agencies to ensure loan and grant compliance necessary to successfully finance projects in Berks County. She also works with the Executive Director to support land development work within Berks County. Diane brings a wealth of experience both in her individual work and in the greater mission of BerksIDA. For over two decades she worked in accounting and bookkeeping roles, most recently at Scott Fick Plumbing. Much of this time was spent at firms specializing in development and MEP, with most of their client base operating in Berks County. In her spare time, Diane enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with family.
